Upon your arrival you must present a valid identity card or passport in order to make check-in.
To make a reservation, a 30% of the total accommodation cost payment in advance is required.

Cancellation Policy

• 22 or more days before the arrival of the client the deposit is returned to him (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
• 14 to 21 days before the arrival of the client the 30% of the deposit is returned to him (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
  
• Not appearing at the accommodation on the arranged day of arrival until 23:00, the 100% of the total amount of the agreed period is charged.
